Second, the record species and testing requirements of the project: 1, the principle filing variety product categories (cotton cloth, cotton printing and dyeing cloth, dyed cotton, chemical fiber and blended fabrics) as the application unit. 2, the applicant filed the sample should be representative, special circumstances can not submit a pre-inspection, sampling may be implemented after the arrival; a variety of specifications, pattern or color of choice within three varieties according to China's GB18401-2010 " national textile product General safety technical Code "mandatory requirements to determine test items.

 

 

Third, the sampling ratio: imports of textiles has been taken to implement the record management of 5% -15% of the proportion of sample testing, the implementation of batch testing on imported textiles are not archiving management. ,

 

Fourth, the filing deadline: the record companies to take voluntary principle, in line with the conditions of the record imports of textile companies by the inspection and quarantine agencies issued "textile imports for the record books", valid for 3 years. When the record imports of textiles category changes should re-apply for the record.
